Lunch Flash Mob: $70K in 70 hours – Go!

Lunch Flash Mob: Spread the love. And the peanut butter.

Do you know where your child’s next meal is coming from? What if you didn’t? There are 800,000 kids in Georgia whose parents struggle to keep food in the pantry over the summer. Many just can’t do it.

The folks at Smart Lunch, Smart Kid set a goal in June to serve 200,000 lunches to hungry kids. We’re almost there…To date, we’ve served 130,000, and we have 20 days to serve 70,000 more!

Could you join the effort to push us over the top? We’re hosting a LUNCH FLASH MOB at Action Ministries for the next 70 hours to raise $70,000.

If you or ones you love most will have lunch for the next 20 days, be a superhero to someone who won’t – take five minutes in the next 70 hours to donate online here. It doesn’t take much $$ to make a huge difference:

$10 will serve a child lunch every day for a week.

$25 will feed that child for the rest of the summer.

We can do it, together!

Please SPREAD THE LOVE (and the peanut butter) by sharing this message with your Facebook and Twitter networks, #70!
