When I lost my part-time job last fall, I panicked. I was barely getting by as it was, and I had two kids to support. -Elaina, WCK guest and volunteer
Our mission is to mobilize metro Atlanta communities to address the challenges of poverty by focusing on hunger relief, housing and education. By meeting immediate needs and providing top-notch educational opportunities, our programs are designed to lead people out of poverty.
We serve low-income and homeless women and children through the Women’s Community Kitchen, and we serve people experiencing homelessness in the Capitol Hill neighborhood each Sunday at Trinity Table Kitchen. We work with women like Elaina to meet their immediate needs, achieve their dreams and ultimately break the cycle of poverty.
What does it mean to invest in the life of a person like Elaina? How much does it cost to give someone a chance at breaking the cycle of poverty? Get in touch with us today and find out!
