Action Ministries Housing has four service programs, each targeting a different facet of homelessness. Through these programs, Action Ministries Housing works to not only support and guide those who are experiencing homelessness, but eliminate the cycle of homelessness altogether.
We Serve: Veterans, Families, Children, People with HIV/AIDS, Mental or Physical Disabilities
Meets the housing and supportive services needs of low-income people who are living with HIV/AIDS and their families.
Provides housing stability to veterans who are are at imminent risk of becoming homeless or are currently experiencing homelessness.
Partners with private providers of Permanent Supportive Housing to ensure that individuals with disabilities have the opportunity to live independently and improve the quality of their lives.
By way of its Rapid Re-housing initiative, where we help individuals and families transition out of homelessness and regain self-sufficiency.
