Check out our Smart Kid After-School Program …

Created in 1963, the Metro Atlanta office was the first branch of Action Ministries. In the beginning, Atlanta’s Methodist congregations joined together to start a grassroots effort to directly address the economic problems of many in the area. First called Urban Action and later Atlanta Urban Ministries, the original organization evolved into a family of programs spanning across Georgia. The organization has grown over the years to meet the needs of the community.
