Action Ministries COO Discusses Veteran Homelessness on Live United Show

How is United Way of Greater Atlanta serving those who serve? On the November 2016 episode of the Live United show, United Way of Greater Atlanta CEO Milton J. Little, Jr. discusses the issue of veteran homelessness and how his organization is working to improve access to stable housing for veterans across the Greater Atlanta region.

In segment one, Little interviews Daniel Drew, project manager with our Vets Connect program, as well as Kelley Henderson, COO of Action Ministries, a Vets Connect partner.

In the second segment, Little interviews Gracie Hamlin, CEO of local nonprofit W-Underdogs and formerly homeless vet, as well as Lauren Canty, a United Way employee and member of the U.S. Army Reserves.
